**COVID-19 UPDATE**


ProActive Care PT will be remaining open for regularly scheduled appointments, however we will be temporarily limiting access to the gym area. Any current gym memberships will be frozen until further notice.


We are asking any of our patients who are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms, at increased risk for exposure, or have traveled internationally within the last 2 weeks to cancel/reschedule by calling us at 631-630-6485.

In Accordance with the recent NY State executive order issued by Governer Cuomo "requiring all people in New York to wear a mask or a face covering when out in public and in situations where social distancing cannot be maintained;" we ask that our patients please adhere to ensure the safety of staff and patients. Thank you. We are here to get through this together.

Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Proactive Care Physical Therapy, the health and safety of our patients is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring updates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).


I want to reassure you that PACPT is committed to using preventive measures such as disinfecting our equipment, doorknobs, countertops, washing our hands frequently, and using alcohol-based sanitizer to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, as well as colds and the flu.


In addition, we are emphasizing and encouraging proper hand hygiene among our patients and staff. We have strategically placed hand sanitizers and wipes throughout our office.

We kindly ask that if you are experiencing any of the common cold or flulike symptoms, that you allow our receptionist to reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better. We will continue to monitor the latest Coronavirus updates and will make any changes necessary to help keep our patients and staff healthy.
